Introduction of All Kinds of Courier Bag Materials
According to the materials used, courier bags can be roughly divided into: plastic courier packing bags, paper courier document bags, courier bubble bags (composite bubble bags), courier sealed bags, etc.
1. The material of plastic courier packing bags:
Polyethylene (PE) can be divided into low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with low cost, light weight and other advantages.
Difference between LDPE and HDPE plastic courier packing bags: LDPE has good brightness, softness contrast and print color contrast; HDPE has relatively outstanding mechanical properties; in China, courier bags use LDPE as a material, while abroad, usually the use of LDPE, HDPE composite as the main material of courier bags.
2. The material of paper courier document bags:
Generally with a gray background white board paper, white cardboard, kraft paper. Courier industry generally uses 200 g/m² to 450 g/m² weight of paper, courier document bag with flat, upright features.
3. The material of courier bubble bags (composite bubble bags):
A transparent soft packaging bag filled with air from the middle layer of the air cushion film, mainly used in the packaging of small volume fragile, easily damaged goods in courier industry. Courier bubble bag with shock absorbing bubble film, bubble film with many small bubbles, so the body is light, flexible, with outstanding shock absorption, impact resistance, and non-toxic, tasteless, moisture, corrosion resistance and other advantages.
4. The material of courier sealed bags:
The sealed bag, made of polyethylene (LDPE) and high-pressure linear polyethylene (LLDPE) through blown film molding, hot-cut machine-made bags, is a plastic bag that can be sealed repeatedly, which can be used for packaging of various small items. Sealed bags made of food-grade materials can store all kinds of small food, tea, seafood, etc., moisture-proof, waterproof, insect-proof, and can avoid things from being scattered.
