1. Chemical elimination method
The chemical elimination of static electricity is the antistatic agent treatment technology, which is mainly to modify the electrical properties of the resin or substrate through the addition (filling) technology or coating technology of the antistatic agent (surfactant). Perfect antistatic technology. However, due to the addition or coating of antistatic agents, the chemical composition of the material is changed, so this technology is not suitable for paper processing, but only for plastic resin modification.
2. Physical elimination method
The physical elimination method is to eliminate the inherent characteristics of static electricity without changing the performance of the plastic pouch bag. For example, the "grounding" elimination method is to install antistatic brushes in the process. Place the brush body on the rewinding or unwinding place of the plastic bag coil, and make the grounding end of the antistatic brush reliable grounding, and cannot be connected to the equipment or the guide roller. Because the equipment may be poorly grounded; some guide rollers are anodized, and alumina is formed on the surface, and alumina is not conductive.
Especially for packaging food, medicine, cosmetics, chemical products, etc., attention should be paid to safety, hygiene, and compatibility with the matrix resin, so the skill content is relatively high. Packaging materials with antistatic properties not only prevent various quality accidents caused by static electricity, but also improve packaging efficiency for customers and ensure the sealing strength, which is recognized by customers.
